It was my husband’s birthday. I thought the cake I bought was nothing special, but making it myself made a big difference! My husband was very surprised!

Prepare the cake and use a knife to divide it into upper and lower parts from the middle

Take off half of it, put an appropriate amount of yellow peach slices and strawberries, and then spread an appropriate amount of cream

Spread the cream on the top and sides of the cake in sequence (if you don’t have professional tools, just use a long knife for cutting watermelon). Because the fruit will be placed on top, you don’t need to spread it too flat. Place cut strawberry slices at equal intervals on the sides

Arrange the sliced yellow peach and kiwi slices in sequence, put large cross-cut strawberries in the middle, then insert strawberry slices on the outside of the yellow peach slices, and finally decorate the edge of the cake with cream (because there is no special nozzle for cream shape, I cut a few slits in the mouth of the cream bag)
