Select the leaves and tender tips of chrysanthemum chrysanthemum (use separately), remove the old stems and cut into sections; cut 0.5 red pepper into strips.

1/3 tablespoon of vegetable oil, heat over low heat and add 2 chopped dried sea peppers;

Dried sea pepper will give off a spicy flavor. Add chrysanthemum stalks and stir-fry over high heat;

Add red pepper strips, 0.5 teaspoon of salt, and 0.5 teaspoon of chicken essence;

Pour 2 teaspoons boiling water and mix well.
