After washing the Chinese cabbage leaves, tear the ham and preserved eggs into pieces with your hands

Add bone broth powder to the water. Add green onions and ginger slices and bring to a boil

After the water boils, add ham sausage, preserved eggs and cabbage leaves, then simmer over low heat

Remove from the pan and sprinkle with some chopped green onion
