Overview
A small meal bun worth trying. Because it is made with milk and dough, it has a rich milk flavor and is extremely soft. It is great whether eaten directly or used as a hamburger bun with ham and lettuce! Ingredients: 300g cake flour, 160g milk, 40g sugar, 25g butter, 2g salt, 40g eggs, 3g yeast.

Have all ingredients ready.

In the bread barrel, put the milk, egg liquid, salt and sugar diagonally, then add the flour.

Stir evenly with chopsticks to prevent flour from splattering everywhere when kneading.

Put the bread inner barrel into the bread machine, turn on the power and select a kneading program for 20 minutes. After kneading, cover with a damp cloth and let it sit for 2 hours.

After resting, add yeast and continue kneading butter for 20 minutes.

After kneading, ferment directly in the bread barrel until 2-2.5 times in size.

Take out the dough and divide it into 12 equal parts.

Roll into balls and place in baking pan.

Put it in the oven for the second fermentation, and take it out after fermentation.

Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds, preheat oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Put the baking sheet into the middle rack of the oven for 20 minutes. Remember to cover the meal bag with tin foil after it is colored. Each oven has different temperatures, so adjust the temperature and time as appropriate.

Take out the baked bread and let it dry until it is warm to your hands. Store it in a plastic bag.
