I like food made with matcha. It’s fresh and beautiful. It feels very refreshing. It tastes like a light matcha fragrance. I made matcha toast again today and I’m fascinated by its beauty. It’s very eye-catching food. I like it😍😍😁

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, put the liquid underneath, make a hole in the high-gluten flour, add yeast, start the kneading process, 20 minutes,

Add butter and start the kneading process for another 20 minutes (check before adding butter. If the dough is thin, add an appropriate amount of high-gluten flour so that it does not stick to your hands)

After kneading, take a piece that can pull out the film

Start the fermentation process for 30 minutes

Insert a hole with chopsticks and it will be ready without shrinking

Take out the exhaust and roll it into a ball

Divide into three equal parts with a cutter, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes

Use a rolling pin to roll it into a long tongue shape

Roll up with the seam facing down

Make everything, put the toast box into the bread machine and start the fermentation process for 30 minutes, (take out the bread bucket)

Ferment until 80% full and preheat the oven

Place in the oven on the middle and lower racks and heat up and down to 180 degrees for 45 minutes

Take out and cool
