  3. Pour a little oil into the pot, wait until the oil is hot, add dried shrimps, and let the aroma explode, about 10 seconds.

  4. Add the lettuce and stir-fry continuously. When the vegetables are coated with oil and heated evenly, start adding salt and stir-fry evenly. Add chicken essence and stir-fry evenly. The whole process only takes three or four minutes. Otherwise, the dish will be watery and lose its crispiness.
