Oysters with bean paste

First use corn starch to mix the oysters, then rinse them with clean water (wash them gently)

Wash the oysters and drain them in a basket

Prepare a glass bowl, add 2 spoons of fish sauce, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of bean paste, then add some cold boiled water to mix it up, otherwise it will be too salty

Then pour the drained oysters into the sauce and marinate them. Generally, they can be eaten after marinating for three hours. When eating, pour some rice vinegar and chili sauce and stir them before eating them
