Panax notoginseng and carrot roasted pork ribs
Overview
The recipe recommended by Professor Wang Yuying in the Yangshengtang column of Beijing Satellite TV is panax notoginseng and carrot roasted pork ribs. This is a dish that nourishes qi and blood, activates blood circulation and removes blood stasis. The ribs should be selected from inch-inch ribs. It doesn’t feel greasy at all since it’s late in the summer. The carrots are cut into hob pieces, and it tastes like a delicious meal. When combined with carrots, it can also reduce the bitterness of panax notoginseng. Panax notoginseng actually comes in block form, but I just have the end-of-sheet form at home, and the effects are the same anyway.
