Mug Pudding Toast

The mug recipe is really super simple and convenient. It’s the perfect choice for a quick breakfast! All you need is a mug and a microwave, and your hot breakfast is ready!

First beat an egg and add a little sugar.

Add appropriate amount of milk to the beaten eggs.

Cut two slices of toast into small pieces.

Get a mug ready. Make sure it can be used in the microwave.

A layer of toast and a layer of dried cranberries are placed in the cup.

Pour the milk and egg mixture into the cup.

Press the toast down and soak it all in the egg liquid. Then add a pat of butter on top. This step is optional. I don’t like the toast to come out too dry, so I put a little butter. Then put it in the microwave for two minutes, pausing a few times to make sure it doesn't explode before continuing. This step should be adjusted according to the conditions of your own microwave oven.

Then pour appropriate amount of syrup on top and enjoy! If you like sweetness, you can add more!
