Dragon fruit steamed buns
Overview
I have a lot of red dragon fruit at home, so I thought the color would look better if I put it in pasta.

Add flour, yeast and dragon fruit puree, mix together and knead into a smooth dough

Ferment until doubled in size

Take out the exhaust and let it rest for ten minutes

Divide the dough into small pieces, put it in a steamer and let it ferment for half an hour

Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to medium to low heat, steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for five minutes, then take out
