Wash jujube, almond and wolfberry and set aside

Add water to the pot, add the soaked Tremella lotus seeds, close the lid and let it cook for 30 minutes

Press for 30 minutes, turn off the heat, wait until the pressure valve indicates safe, open the lid, add jujube, almonds and wolfberry and cook for 20 minutes
