Overview

I made two things for lunch today. The kids and grandma had soup noodles, and I made fried vermicelli. Although there is no meat but the stock is added, the taste is still good. If you add some chili, the taste may be even better.

  1. Shred the carrots and cabbage, cut the onions into sections, slice the garlic, and dice the ginger.

  2. Soak the vermicelli in cold water for 20 minutes.

  3. Put a little oil in the pan and stir-fry the carrots.

  4. Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Add shredded cabbage and stir-fry until soft, then add a little salt.

  6. Add soaked vermicelli.

  7. Add half a bowl of stock, I used soup made from tube bones.

  8. When the soup is almost dry, add salt, light soy sauce and old soy sauce to the pot.

  9. Eat it while it's hot. The vermicelli may clump into clumps when it's cold.
