Clean up the three yellow chickens one by one.

Chop off the head and neck, paws and buttocks.

Cut open the belly in the middle and take out the chicken heart and liver.

Pour all the marinated seasoning into the bowl and mix evenly.

Place the chicken in a Ziploc bag and pour in the marinade.

Rub the entire chicken evenly inside and out. (There are some green onions on the side and I put them in)

Tie the cuff tightly.

Put it in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator overnight. (You can give it a massage in the middle to make it more delicious)

The next day, take out the marinated chicken and put it on the grill to cool.

Dry the chicken with kitchen towel.
