Microwave Honey Black Bean Squash
Overview
I slept in for breakfast on the weekend. The sky was overcast and I was too lazy to do anything, but my stomach was protesting. Use the pumpkin and honeyed black beans you have in the refrigerator to make a microwave version of a healthy breakfast! Just put it in, wash it, and it will be delicious.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes.

Remove the honey-glazed black beans from the refrigerator.

Place the pumpkin in a microwaveable container.

Top with honey-glazed black beans.

Wrap it in plastic wrap and poke some holes in it with a toothpick.

Place in the microwave on high heat for eight minutes.

Take it out, mix well and serve.
