Add one spoonful of steamed pork rice flour and two spoons of pure rice flour to the seasoned meat and mix well (you can also add only steamed pork rice flour or pure rice flour, but the steamed pork rice flour is thicker and the pure rice flour is too fine, so I like to add it in a ratio of 1:2)
