  1. Wash the water celery, drain it, and cut into 0.5cm pieces. Slice the garlic, cut the onion into 1.5×1.5cm size, and cut the pepper into small pieces.

  2. After removing the internal organs from the octopus (refer to the basic preparation of cooking), rub it together with flour. After washing, remove the water.

  3. Cut the octopus head into 2~3 equal parts and cut the legs into 5cm size. Then put all the seasonings in a small bowl and stir well.

  4. Add cooking oil to the frying pan and fry the garlic over medium heat until golden brown, then place it on kitchen paper to remove excess oil.

  5. ④Put the onions and peppers directly into the pot and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  6. Add the rice and seasonings together and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Add the octopus and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds before turning off the heat. Add the water celery and fried garlic, stir together, and season with salt.
