Overview

Preparation method: 1) First, cut the cod meat into fish segments. 2) Cut the carrots and green peppers into strips and set aside. 3) Marinate the cut fish segments with salt and cooking wine. 4) Then add an appropriate amount of water, starch, and eggs and stir evenly (paste). 5) Add oil to the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 50% or 60% hot, evenly put the battered fish segments into the oil and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside. 6) Put another pot, add base oil, add onions, ginger, and garlic to the pot, add cooking wine, and stir-fry the ingredients. 7) Add an appropriate amount of water, then add salt, MSG, sugar, and vinegar (note: this dish is mainly salty, with a slightly sweet and sour taste, do not make it sweet and sour), adjust the taste, then add water starch to thicken, pour in oil (pepper oil) and mix well
