Beat the eggs.

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces and cook in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Add vegetable oil to the pot, add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for 40 seconds, then add appropriate amount of water.
