A small handful of celery, ingredients.

Cut the celery into small pieces. The upper rhizome is thicker. Cut it vertically to make it almost the same width.

Heat some oil in a pan and add a few Sichuan peppercorns. Since no other seasoning is needed, add a few Sichuan peppercorns to stir-fry to enhance the flavor.
