Prepare Shaomai skin. If there is no Shaomai skin, use high-gluten flour and Chengfen, the ratio is 5:1.

Refined lard suet into oil, dice ham and carrots, add corn kernels, green beans, diced ham, and diced carrots to the pot.

Put glutinous rice into the pot, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, and stir evenly.

Wrap the cooked stuffing into the siu mai skin and shape it like a lucky belt. About 15 minutes.
