  1. Prepare Shaomai skin. If there is no Shaomai skin, use high-gluten flour and Chengfen, the ratio is 5:1.

  2. Refined lard suet into oil, dice ham and carrots, add corn kernels, green beans, diced ham, and diced carrots to the pot.
