Stir-fried Shredded Beef with Green Pepper and Black Beans
Overview
There are many recipes for stir-fried beef with green pepper on the Internet. I just added some tempeh and rice pepper. It has a medium spicy taste and my family loves it. This is my first time posting a work, so I hope it won’t cause too much embarrassment.

Cut the beef into shreds, thicken with salt, pepper, cooking wine, and peanut oil, and use gravy for a while before adding to the pot.

Cut the green pepper into diamond shapes, cut the white garlic into sections, and dice the garlic and rice pepper.

No need to add oil, add garlic, rice pepper, tempeh, green pepper, white garlic in sequence, stir-fry for two minutes

Pour in the stir-fried beef and stir-fry evenly. Add cooking wine and light soy sauce and continue stir-frying for 1 minute. Finally, add some chicken essence and gravy and take it out of the pot.
