Put coconut milk (3 pieces) and coconut meat (used 1 and a half, three is too much, the pot can't hold that much 👻) in a casserole, add red dates, wolfberry and chicken breast, add some water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, be sure to cover it, otherwise the water will evaporate if the soup is cooked for a long time.
