Tear the cabbage into large pieces by hand

Heat the oil, add minced garlic, minced ginger, and dried chili pepper and sauté until fragrant [leave half of the minced garlic]

Saute the ingredients and add the cabbage

Stir-fry the cabbage until soft, add salt and the remaining minced garlic

After about 1 minute, stir-fry is done and take off the pan.
