Shredded tofu, set aside.

Peel and grate potatoes, soak in water to remove excess starch, drain and set aside.

Cut red pepper into sections and slice garlic, set aside.

Heat a pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add chili and garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add shredded potatoes and tofu, season with a little salt and five-spice powder, stir-fry a few times.

Remove from pan and plate.
