A squid is packed and cut. Slice a quarter of an onion.

Bring the water to a boil, turn off the heat, blanch the squid and serve immediately.

Blanched squid. The time must be short, just a few seconds. The squid will not taste good if it is old.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, heat it up and fry the onions.

After the aroma comes out, put the squid, and then add the seasonings: cooking wine, soy sauce, oil, sugar, and a little salt. Because there is oil, you can also skip the salt if you are light-mouthed.

Stir fry a few times and it's ready to serve.
