Ingredients collection
Cold noodles are sold in supermarkets. There are 5 cold noodles, a bag of hot sauce, and a bag of dry ingredients
Chop coriander, green onions, and cut ham into pieces
Brush the pot with oil (I use a Korean multi-function electric hot pot, you can also use a frying pan, both are on low heat) fry the ham sausage on the side, and add 1 piece of cold noodles
Crack in an egg, spread evenly, wait until the egg liquid solidifies, flip over
Brush with hot sauce and sprinkle with dry ingredients
