Steps
-
After the butter has softened at room temperature, add low-gluten flour and fine sugar, and knead it into coarse corn grits with your hands.
-
Add the egg mixture and knead into a dough with your hands.
-
Place the dough into a plastic bag and refrigerate for 1 hour.
-
Take out the dough, roll it into a round sheet, put it into the mold, and remove any excess leftovers.
-
Poke some small holes in the bottom with a fork to prevent the bottom from swelling when baking.
-
Preheat the oven in advance, bake in the middle rack of the oven at 180 degrees and then at 150 degrees for 20 minutes, until the surface of the tart is golden.
-
Unmold, let cool and set aside.
-
Add icing sugar to the chilled whipping cream. (The ratio is 10:1)
-
Use an electric egg beater to beat at medium speed until the texture is fine, don't overbeat. (If the oil and water separate, which is commonly known as tofu dregs, it means it has been over-whipped)
-
Put whipped cream into a piping bag.
-
Pour cream into the cool tart shell.
-
Finally, decorate with some of your favorite fruits.
