Purple Sweet Potato Twisted Crisps
Overview
In order to get rid of the leftover puff pastry from making egg tarts, I have been obsessed with puff pastry these days. I really like the crispy texture of puff pastry. I can’t think of any special shape. Just twist it and it will look beautiful! The only drawback is that I forgot to add sugar, so it doesn't taste very sweet, but the taste is really good!

Cut into thick strips

Purple sweet potato puree and egg cream are placed in a piping bag
