Peanut Butter Cookies
Overview
I think the fundamental reason why I have been unable to lose weight for so many years is that I love eating cookies too much... When I was in high school, my school was in the suburbs, and there was only one small store in it. I basically had to buy a pack of cookies every other day. Soda crackers are my favorite because I eat them every day. Chocolate cookies are too sweet, and salty soda crackers are the most appetizing~ What I’m talking about today is not soda crackers but peanut butter cookies. In my previous article, I talked about how to make peanut butter and various peanut products. Well, I admit that I am a die-hard peanut fan. As long as there are peanuts, I don’t think about anything else... Peanuts are also called long-lasting fruits. They are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, and red-skinned peanuts can also replenish blood. I have also heard that peanut butter is rich in B vitamins and dietary fiber, which makes you feel full. However... such a high-calorie thing should make you feel full even if you have epilepsy...
