Summer is here and the weather is hot. I really want to eat some light dishes. Today’s dish uses simple ingredients and is easy to make. It tastes sweet and sour, contains a variety of vegetables, and is rich in nutrients. It’s a great appetizer and perfect for kids too.

Wash the raw materials and control the water

Cut mushrooms into slices, cut tomatoes into small pieces, cut snow peas into small pieces, slice garlic, set aside

Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil, sauté the garlic slices when the oil is hot, add tomatoes and stir-fry.

Fry until the tomatoes are soft, add other vegetables and stir-fry
