Overview
Boiled shrimp is a famous Han Chinese dish in Guangdong and belongs to Cantonese cuisine. The word "boiled" refers to cooking the original shrimps directly in water, retaining the sweetness and tenderness of the shrimp meat itself, and then peeling off the shrimp shells and dipping them in the sauce.
