After soaking the yuba and fungus, blanch them in boiling water, take them out, drain them and set aside

Cut the garlic into sections, blanch and set aside

Heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add carrots and stir-fry

Add garlic and stir-fry

Add fungus and yuba

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and sugar, stir-fry twice and turn off the heat
