Overview
During the Chinese New Year, dim sum has become an indispensable dessert on the dining table. In the past few days, I have been constantly trying various ways to make it better and more outstanding during the Chinese New Year.

Water-oil dough: 150g flour, 30g corn oil, 70g warm water and form into a ball; shortbread dough: 100g flour, 50g corn oil and form into a ball and let rest for 5 minutes

Divide the two doughs into 9 equal parts

Roll out water-oil dough into round buns and coat with pastry

Roll out into long strips

Roll them all up

Take one and fold it in half as shown in the picture

Roll it out, then fold it in half and repeat 3 times (this is to add layers)

Wrap with jujube paste filling

All done

Cut the cross with a knife

Place in baking pan

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
