Steps
-
Soak the black fungus in warm water for a quarter of an hour, then wash it and add a little salt to remove the earthy smell.
-
Peel, wash and cut the yam into sections.
-
Cut the ribs into pieces, wash them, soak them in a small amount to remove the blood, then blanch them and take them out.
-
Put the cooked ribs and fungus into the electric pressure cooker and add warm water. Add ginger slices and Sichuan peppercorns, and add 1 spoon of cooking wine.
-
Adjust the stewing time. After simmering, deflate the air and add yam to prevent the stew from becoming mushy.
-
The electric pressure cooker will be powered off when resetting the timer. After it cools down naturally, you can add salt to taste and enjoy your meal!
