Sweet Potato Butterfly Noodles
Overview
This was born at the same time as the Apple Pumpkin Sweet Potato Cake. Because the flour was kneaded too much, the sweet potatoes were made into dough sheets. It can also be made alone or added with various fruits and vegetables to create a variety of butterfly noodles.

I didn’t take photos of the sweet potatoes individually, so just use medium-sized sweet potatoes.

Steam in a pot and press into puree.

Knead into a relatively dry dough.

I made it too sticky and added a lot of flour.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and press it into shape with a small round mold.

Just pinch it with chopsticks and it will turn into butterfly noodles. It’s very simple.
