Stir-fried broccoli with sweet and sour garlic and tomato sauce
Overview
Broccoli is rich in nutrients and tastes great. If you want to stir-fry broccoli with minced meat, and you don’t have fresh pork at home, it would be good to use ham instead.

Cut ham and garlic into small pieces

Two tablespoons of cornstarch and some water to thicken

Wash the broccoli and cut into small florets. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil it, pour the broccoli into the water and blanch it for about 2 minutes (it will become soft if it takes too long).

Pick up the broccoli and rinse it with cold water to prevent it from turning yellow.

After the oil pan is hot, pour in the ham and garlic, stir-fry then add the broccoli and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of salt and oil, then pour in the cornstarch water.

Stir-fry until it is almost cooked, add some tomato sauce, stir-fry twice and mix well.
