Overview

It’s a delicious dish, but of course it’s also very high in calories. I made it with chicken wing roots, which are very fragrant with some bones. You can also use whole chicken or chicken legs. You need a little more chicken because it will shrink after frying. I made 6 chicken wings and it was barely enough for 2 people.

  1. Chop the chicken into small pieces, wash and dry

  2. Add 1 tsp salt, a little sugar, 1 tbsp cooking wine, 1 tbsp soy sauce, a little pepper, five-spice powder, cumin powder (just forget these spices) and mix well.

  3. Fry over medium heat until the chicken is golden brown and fragrant.

  4. Slice the ginger, slice the garlic, cut and remove the seeds from the peppers (you can leave them alone), and prepare the peppercorns.

  5. Stir-fry the peppercorns, ginger slices and garlic slices over low heat, then add the dried chili peppers and stir-fry together, add a little salt and MSG.

  6. Put the fried chicken into the pot and stir-fry together.

  7. Sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds before serving. I only have black sesame seeds.
