Grape Soufflé Cookies
Overview
Recently, I have become obsessed with biscuits, and I have been changing ways to use up the butter in the refrigerator every night. This grape soufflé biscuit is based on Jun Zhi's recipe, with a few changes in the ingredients. The taste is okay, but unfortunately I forgot to put them in a sealed glass, and they felt too soft when I ate them the next day.
