Oily noodles
Overview
I love to eat noodles. I occasionally eat fried noodles at a food stall and often make them at home. Oil-splashed noodles are quite simple. In theory, any kind of noodles can be used to make them, but in comparison, round noodles are more delicious, especially noodles made by yourself. It feels really good to see the flour turn into strips! I recently bought a noodle machine. My mother said that after eating this noodle, she will never want to eat such and such noodles again. Let’s make some fried noodles today.

Get your pasta machine ready.

Add flour. Close the upper cover of the machine.

Take the water in proportion and add a little cooking oil and a little salt to the water. Add water along the water filling hole.

Start the automatic noodle program and wait for it to come out.

Pour dry flour over the noodles as needed when coming out.

After dispensing the noodles, the inside of the machine is very clean. Just clean it a little.

Prepared noodles. Boil water in another pot to cook noodles.

Prepare greens and leeks. Cut the leeks into fine pieces.

Take out the cooked noodles and vegetables and add light soy sauce, salt and chili oil.

Burn a ladle of hot oil.

Pour oil on top of noodles.
