Overview
Speaking of this yogurt, I first tasted it in Beijing when I was in school, the kind of old-fashioned yogurt that came in porcelain bottles and needed to be recycled, and I fell in love with its taste as soon as I drank it. When it comes to choosing between milk and yogurt, I still like the taste of yogurt. I put yogurt and yogurt yeast into the yogurt machine at night, and I can drink it when I get up early. I put strawberries in it, and it feels delicious.

Prepare pure milk and yogurt yeast

Rinse the yogurt container and lid with boiling water for more than 1 minute to sterilize, then pour the milk into the container

Then pour the yogurt yeast into the container

Use chopsticks to stir the milk and yogurt evenly, cover the container, and put it into the fermentation tank of the yogurt machine

Turn on the power of the yogurt machine and ferment. The fermentation time is 8-9 hours. Do not open the lid during the production process because the yogurt is formed in the last hour

After 9 hours, unplug the power, it has become like tofu, and the yogurt is fermented

The fermented yogurt can be drunk immediately, but it does not have the best taste. You can put the container in the refrigerator to passivate. After 24 hours, the yogurt will have a pure aroma and a better taste. I refrigerated it for a while and mixed it with homemade rose sauce. It tasted great
