Baby food supplement carrot and glutinous rice balls
Overview
These radish and glutinous rice balls are the first time I made them for my baby. They are so cute. And the process is not complicated, just give it a try. The steamed meatballs are moderately soft and glutinous, with grains of glutinous rice wrapped around them. The meat inside is delicious, and one bite is not enough.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the glutinous rice in water for more than 2 hours in advance
-
Cut the carrots into cubes and set aside some for later use. Add the carrots and meat with a little ginger, garlic, etc. and put them into a food processor to make a puree. Add seasonings to the meat filling and set aside. If the baby eats it, I will add less seasonings and the like.
-
Cut the remaining carrot into slices and use a mold to press out the pattern. If there is no mold, just slice it and set aside.
-
Take out the glutinous rice and set aside, then knead the mixed meat filling into a ball.
-
Roll the kneaded meatballs in the glutinous rice to coat with the glutinous rice. Place carrot slices under the meatballs. Arrange the meatballs and steam them until cooked. It takes about 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the meatballs.

The q bombs are delicious, but don’t be greedy.
