I worry about what to eat every day. I am tired of eating chicken, duck and fish. I occasionally want to eat pig ears, but every time I go back from get off work, the market is basically closed. So, if you want to eat, you should make it yourself. On a Saturday morning, I went to the market early and bought a pig ear, and happily marinated it. Hehe~

  1. What I bought today were pig ears and pig head meat. It felt so big! I bought it new and clean, and picked out the pig hair that the market owner didn't clean up! Put ginger in the pot, pour in water and cooking wine, put down a whole pig ear and a whole piece of pig head meat and cook it again. Bring the water to a boil, and then boil it for two minutes. Do not cover the lid during the cooking process, which can remove the odor!

  2. Rinse the pig ears and pig head meat with cold water continuously, clean the cooking pot, add all the ingredients, pour in soy sauce and enough water (the water should cover the pig ears), and start cooking!
