  1. Prepare materials.

  2. Melt cream cheese with butter, milk and water.

  6. Add an appropriate amount of cream of tartar to the egg whites and beat until foamy, then add 1/3 of the sugar.

  7. Add remaining sugar in 3 batches and beat until stiff peaks form.

  8. Fold the egg whites into the mayonnaise in 3 batches.

  9. Mix the two thoroughly, pour into a 6-inch mold, and bake at 145 degrees for 45-55 minutes.
