Overview

Northeastern people have a special liking for tofu. I miss the braised tofu in my hometown. It is particularly delicious whether dipped in soybean paste or stewed fish. I really can’t get used to the tofu here in Inner Mongolia. I saw this boxed one last night and it tastes pretty good!

  1. Prepare a piece of tofu and cut into thick slices. Chopped green onions are ready.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry tofu cubes until golden brown on both sides.

  3. When both sides are golden, sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, water starch, chicken essence, and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Flip and serve.
