Overview
Wood bran cake is one of the most characteristic desserts in Macau, and is as famous as Portuguese egg tart. It is named because the biscuits are shaped like wood bran. It is said that the former Governor of Macau also loved this dessert very much, so the wooden bran cup is also called the Governor's cup. The perfect combination of biscuit crumbs and whipping cream, it looks like frozen food when it's iced, and it looks like mousse when the temperature rises, which makes people have endless aftertaste.

Crush the biscuits in a food processor. The finer they are, the better the texture.
