Stir-fried milk cabbage
Overview
Over the weekend, a friend sent me organic milk cabbage, which was very fresh. In order to better maintain the original flavor of the vegetables and ensure that the nutrients are not lost, I stir-fried it. Haha😄The simpler it is, the better it tests your skills😄.

Soak the cabbage in salt, wash and drain.

Cut green onions.

Cut the cabbage and set aside.

Heat oil, add pepper, onion and chili and stir-fry.

Add a little salt and vinegar to the cabbage and stir-fry.
