Spicy coir raincoat cucumber

Use chopsticks to place on both sides of the cucumber. Cut into two centimeter slices.

After cutting, turn around and cut again.

Cut the coir raincoat cucumbers and set aside.

The coir raincoat cucumbers are pulled apart and placed on the plate in circles.

Heat oil in a pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add shredded chili pepper and stir-fry. Add salt, sugar, vinegar, and light soy sauce to taste.
