Grilled Wings with Wine and Honey Sauce
Overview
This year I made some sour plum wine myself. The sour plum wine is more sour and sweet, not very strong, and is easier to drink, like a fruit wine. I planned to make honey-glazed grilled wings that day. When marinating, I planned to add some white wine to remove the fishy smell. I couldn't find any white wine. I saw sour plum wine, so I thought I'd give it a try. Who knew I'd pour too much in one pour? Forget it, just get more. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight and bake the next day. The flavor of wine is not very strong when grilled, but it also tastes very strong. It feels different from the usual white wine. It goes well with chicken. I'm also thinking of making sour plum wine chicken wings. I personally liked it a lot, and everyone said it was delicious, so I quickly sold it out. Everyone was in a hurry to eat and were no longer active in taking photos, haha. I also want to pack it up.
