Korean mochi buns
Overview
I bought a bag of mochi powder online and tried making it according to the above recipe! It’s really simple and tastes good!

Take a bowl and add Korean mochi pre-mixed powder

Add milk powder

Add egg liquid

Add some salt
-
Add cooked black sesame seeds

Add water, I used soy milk, you can also use milk

Mix well
-
Add melted butter and mix again

Divide into small balls, about 20 grams each, then roll into balls and place in baking pan, leaving some space between each other

Place in the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until the surface turns yellow
