Overview

I have never been able to figure out the difference between kimbap and sushi. Maybe kimbap has a layer of seaweed on the outside, while sushi can have rice or salmon on the outside. Anyway, they are delicious (^_^)

  1. I bought sushi rice at Tmall Supermarket. I didn’t buy sushi vinegar, so I used apple cider vinegar instead. White vinegar should also work

  2. I bought sushi rice at Tmall Supermarket. I didn’t buy sushi vinegar, so I used apple cider vinegar instead. White vinegar should also work. I add the amount of vinegar at will, it depends on personal taste.

  4. Spread a piece of seaweed on the sushi bamboo mat, lay the rice flat, and leave a little space for the seal. I didn't have enough rice so both ends were empty. Then put on the dishes. The rice will be sticky to your hands, so it will be better if you put some cold water on your hands.

  5. Then start rolling, use both hands evenly

  6. Once rolled, you can cut it. You have to be fast when cutting, otherwise it will fall apart easily.
